How the OCR Online works
Your image is processed by a model trained for exactly this job. It looks at the whole picture, works out what matters, and returns a new file at full resolution. Gireta keeps the original untouched.
It does best with a clear subject and decent light. Busy scenes still work, but a little contrast between the subject and what is behind it gives cleaner results.
