Credits explained: how to make your balance go further

Every generation shows its cost before you start. Knowing what drives that number helps you plan.

What changes the cost

• The model: premium models cost more per image or per second.
• Resolution: 1080p video and 4K images cost more than drafts.
• Duration: video is charged per second, so a 10 second clip costs twice a 5 second one.
• Sound: generating synced audio adds a little to video.

Habits that save credits

• Draft at low resolution, upscale or regenerate only the winners.
• Use templates as a starting point instead of many blind attempts.
• Turn sound off until the final version.

Plan or pack

If you create every week, a plan gives you the lowest cost per credit, especially billed yearly. If you create occasionally, a one-time pack is simpler. Either way your credits never expire, and failed jobs are refunded.
